You may apply to be less than full time as a trainee after your placement has been confirmed. You must fill out the Eligibility Form. When completed please send the form to ltft.nw@hee.nhs.uk under the subject heading "Eligibility Request". Once eligibility is confirmed trainees will be sent the Less than Full-Time Training Approval Form and a Step by Step Guide to assist in it’s completion.

Changing posts

The Less than Full-Time Training Approval Form must be requested and completed with every change of post.
